Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content in question, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our designated agent at info@heisenbergresearch.com:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• A description of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user who repeatedly infringes the copyright rights of others.
